Please review our policies and releases prior to registering for any show.

Liability Release

Every entry of the listed show shall constitute an agreement that the person making it, Owner, Lessee, Trainer, Manager, Agent, Coach, Rider and horse shall be subject to the constitution and rules listed below.  It shall further constitute that every horse, rider is eligible as entered, shall accept as final the decision of the Show Manager and agree to hold the Show and their official, directors, employees, etc., harmless from any action taken.  The signing of this entry form stipulates acceptance of this agreement. 

ITS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT THE LIABILITY RELEASE SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF LIABILITY BEYOND THE PROVISIONS OF THE WASHINGTON STATE EQUINE ACTIVITY LIABILIY ACT, 1994.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION CONSTITUTES SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY RELEASE, I AGREE NOT TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR SUIT AGAINST ALL TACKED UP, LLC OR THE HOSTING VENUE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATED PERSON, AND OTHERS ACTING ON THEIR BEHALF BASED ON ANY EXCEPTION OF THE LAW, FOR POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO ANY AND ALL COMMUNICABLE DISEASES

Submission of this entry form does hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue any show management, officers, sponsors, staff or owners of All Tacked Up, LLC and Host Venue from any and all liability claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, and cost arising out of or related in any way to any loss, damage or injury that may be sustained or incurred while at this function. The submitter also releases all liability for any food allergies that might occur while attending or eating at this function.

Rules and Conduct

* All Dressage and Jump riders must wear an ASTM/SEI-approved equestrian safety helmet. 
(exception made for Friday Night Western Classes if offered).

* Show attire not required. This is a schooling show.

* Participants must pay for all classes in full prior to the start of the show. If last minute adds are allowed (for registered riders), please settle your fees with the show office prior to leaving the show.

* The judges’ decisions are final. If you have a question about results please direct them to the show office, DO NOT approach a judge directly.

* Grounds for disqualification without a refund: unsportsmanlike conduct, use of severe bits or training devices, mistreatment of any horse as determined by show staff or judges, or exhibiting a horse that is exhausted, injured, or lame.

* Any disputes or problems during the show should be brought to the attention of the show manager at the show office.

* Park horse trailers in designated trailer areas only. Temporary parking to unload a horse is often acceptable, please move your trailer/truck within half of an hour of unloading.

* Do not block an RV space unless it has been assigned to you and paid for. If you are blocking an RV outlet you will be charged for that spot.

* No dogs allowed on the show grounds or in the arenas.

* Only riders, horses, and trainers, and parents of minors are allowed in the warm-up area, spectators must be in the viewing area.

* Lunging: Please refer to your show email about appropriate and approved locations to lunge your horse.

 * Abide by any “no-go” zones on the property as defined by your show information email.

 * No stall construction changes allowed. Any damage to stalls will incur a fee.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration you must do so 15 days or more before the start of the show to be eligible for a partial refund.
You will be refunded your original payment amount less a 15% processing fee.

Cancellations received less than 15 days before the start of the show are not eligible for a refund. We would still appreciate you notifying us if you are not attending.

**In the case of an injury, to a rider or horse a doctor or vet note is required to be eligible for the partial refund if less than 15 days notice is being given.

Photo/Video Release:

Entry into the show constitutes agreement with the following policy.
I grant permission for All Tacked Up, LLC (ATU) to publish pictures & videos of myself and/or minors in promotional materials. I understand that it is the policy of ATU that the persons in photos or videos not be identified by name. If signing for a minor I further state that I have the right to give these permissions regarding the minor as I am their parent or legal guardian. I understand that if I give notice to ATU that I object to any particular picture or video on the website or other publication it will be removed as soon as possible.

ATU employs a photographer at our shows. Participants are welcome to purchase photos of themselves or their riders if desired. If you would like your rider’s photographs to not be listed please notify us prior to the show. Photographs are only posted identifying with the rider’s number, no names are used.
